The beds were superb. My back felt so supported and rested. I found the cleanliness perfect. Everything was super clean. This really contributed to a peaceful feeling, nice for total relaxation. The staff was nice. They answered all my questions.

the room was clean and modern. i found plenty of plugs and usb charging points. double glazed windows ensured the room was very quiet .
the room lacked tea or coffee facilities. i missed having a morning coffee.

the hotel located centrally had GREAT train connections to both the trade fair and main station. restaurants and markets were within a walking distance, i found that very convenient. the hotel was very quiet at night DESPITE the vibrant neighborhood.
i noticed that there was no tea or coffee available in the rooms, and also no kettle was provided.

i observed a breakfast buffet area with a variety of options INCLUDING fresh pastries, cereals, and hot dishes. there also was a bar area on the ground floor, and it served a selection of drinks. the breakfast hours were 6:30 am to 10:30 am daily.

the reception staff spoke both english and german fluently. i saw staff members help guests with directions to the tram station. i noticed they offered guests the option to exchange daily room cleaning for a complimentary drink. the service was prompt.

the staff were really lovely and friendly. the breakfast was great, i found a lot of fruits and veggies i liked. the beds were so good, my back really liked it.
there was no tea or coffee in the room, i didn't even see a kettle. i went to the reception and asked for a kettle. i really wanted a coffee that night after such a long drive.

I enjoyed the breakfast. A lot of fruits and veggies were available. The beds were great, my back was happy. The location is close to the bus and tram station. It is a 15-minute walk to trains.
There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room which was a slight inconvenience.
